This is a very exciting idea that can be implemented for many current needs both civilian as well as military. It can be implemented by a very large company such as Microsoft or Google and provide a unique and very profitable platform for revenues across the internet.
It might take many resources to launch successfully but this simple idea brings a very promising revolution to the possibilities for the web as an economic platform.
If you are an executive in a large company that is willing to explore implementing such a project I will be happy to discuss this idea in more detail including applications and self regulating models I thought about.
