I advised a consulting company in Atlanta on how to create the needed software models to enhance the partner certification process management for Intel.
The assignment took more than a week and included building the needed software models, reports and data integration.
A few months later I advised directly to Intel in Israel on automating support tickets handling and support ticket analytics. The assignment was a full day with several follow-up discussions afterwards.
