Roy Daya - Extreme Creativity On Demand
Many people describe me as the most creative person they know.
Rare creativity combined with a very high IQ (170+), a Kellogg MBA, ten years of Technology and Business executive experience and an obsession for learning new things results in amazing brainstorming sessions full of creative and highly practical ideas for you to implement immediately.
Services
I provide brainstorming sessions in many forms. To individuals, non-profit organizations, SMB businesses, startups and huge global corporations. This is not my primary occupation so I pick my customers carefully.
I love doing these sessions. It is full of adrenaline and I get to make a big impact in a short time. As a CEO a lot of my time is spent on administration, sales, marketing, business development and financing. Most of the effort is in execution and follow-up and not in creative problem solving. I do get a lot of opportunity to get creative but stepping into a new field for a few days and diving in full force is a special treat.
I am already doing this for a few years (although this site is very recent). Mostly through word-of-mouth. I am adding case studies to this blog from time to time but it will take me some time to to add them all as there are many.
Short Bio
I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Digital-Clay (www.digital-clay.com) since 2003. I am currently the President of Mensa Israel after I served as the Chairman for a couple of years. I am a member in the ISPE (www.thethousand.com) and always involved with a few startups and a few enterprise assignments.
My home base is currently in Israel but I travel all over the world. I am more time in the air than on the ground on any one country. If you want to know if I am available for a project at your location just ask me.
You can see my linkedin profile (http://www.linkedin.com/in/roydaya) or ask me for a more detailed document. I started programming when I was 11 and a couple of years later started making money from it. I went to elementary school in Israel then moved with my family to Singapore where I attended High School (ISS). I went to a British university for my BA (Business Administration) and an American University for my MBA (Kellogg). I am working nonstop in startup environments for the last ~20 years and have experience doing almost any imaginable role. I advanced from a developer position through team lead, project management, R&D Management to VP R&D. I was COO, VP Business Development, VP Strategic Alliances, VP Sales, President, CEO and Chairman. I mostly worked for companies with 25-50 employees but consulted several Fortune 500 and Global 2000 enterprises.
